3 Account Registration & Security
3.1 Registration Information
When creating an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information is a violation of the Terms and may result in account closure.
3.2 Identity Verification
kd333 may request documents for identity verification at any time. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until verification is complete. It is the user's responsibility to ensure the authenticity of the documents provided.
3.3 Password & Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account login details completely confidential. Allowing anyone else to use your account is prohibited. If you suspect any unauthorised use of your account, contact us immediately.
4 Financial Transactions & Payments
4.1 Deposits
The following payment methods are supported for depositing funds into your kd333 account: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank).
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 per method.
- Deposit transactions are generally processed instantly.
- Please enter the correct amount and reference number at the time of deposit.
- Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
4.2 Withdrawals
The following conditions apply to withdrawing funds from your account:
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
- The withdrawal process typically takes 10 to 45 minutes to complete.
- Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit.
- Withdrawals will not be processed until identity verification is complete.
- Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the bonus wagering requirement has been met.
4.3 Currency
All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). No other currency is supported.
5 Bonus & Promotion Terms
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example:
- Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000.
- Deposit ৳42,000 or more → bonus capped at ৳20,000 → total balance ৳62,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirement
A wagering requirement must be met before a received bonus can be withdrawn. The wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.
Wagering requirement: 15x. Example — ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = a total of ৳15,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
5.3 Bonus Usage Rules
- Bonuses may only be used on games approved on the kd333 platform.
- No more than one bonus can be active at a time.
- There is a set time limit for meeting bonus conditions — see the specific offer for details.
- Any attempt to earn a bonus through fraudulent activity will result in account closure.
- kd333 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
6 VIP Program & Cashback
6.1 VIP Tiers
The kd333 VIP program has a total of five tiers. Tiers are determined based on user activity, and different benefits are provided at each tier:
- Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.2%.
- Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.3%.
- Gold — weekly cashback up to 0.5%.
- Platinum — weekly cashback up to 0.6%.
- Diamond — weekly cashback up to 0.8%.
6.2 Tier Changes
You can advance to a higher VIP tier through regular and consistent gaming activity. Reduced activity may result in a tier change. kd333 may change the detailed policies for VIP tiers and cashback benefits at any time.
6.3 Cashback Payments
Weekly cashback is automatically credited to eligible accounts each week. Cashback may be provided as a direct withdrawal or as a bonus — the terms of the relevant offer apply.
7 Fair Play & Security
7.1 Fair Play Policy
kd333 operates under a fair play policy. All games on the platform are conducted impartially and no user is given an unfair advantage or disadvantage.
7.2 Prohibited Activities
Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure:
- Playing using bots, automated software, or any other technological advantage.
- Colluding or cheating against other players as a group.
- Abusing the bonus system or attempting bonus abuse.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal purpose.
- Attempting unauthorised access to another user's account.
- Conducting any harmful activity on the platform's systems or network.
7.3 Account Suspension & Closure
kd333 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account in the interest of investigation or on suspicion of a breach of the Terms. This action may be taken without any obligation to provide an explanation.
8 Responsible Gaming
